Do you accept returns?
GLOMADO does not accept returns. However, if the GLOkit or product you received was damaged or incomplete, please email the GLOMADO Customer Care Team at support@glomado.com for a resolution. Resolution may include shipment of a replacement GLOkit or product. To the extent permitted by law, GLOMADO, in its sole discretion, will choose which resolution method to use.
Why haven't I received all of my items?
All GLOkits ship separately, even if purchased on the same order. Due to variations in order processing and shipping times, multiple shipments may arrive on different dates.
When will I be billed?
Your credit card will be charged at the time you submit your order on our website. Please note that GLOkit fees are included in each Workshop, unless you choose a Workshop that doesn’t include a GLOkit.
Can I order a GLOMADO Workshop as a gift?
Yes! We would love for you to gift a GLOMADO Workshop! When you place your gift order, you can send a personalized message to the recipient to let them know their gift is on the way! You can also download and print a GLOMADO gift card.
Can I indicate a different address for each GLOkit ordered?
Yes, you can ship multiple GLOkits to different addresses. When placing your order, simply enter the shipping address where each GLOkit should be delivered.
Do you ship to P.O. Boxes, APO addresses and US Territories?
Yes, we ship to P.O. Boxes, APO addresses and US Territories.
Can I order a GLOkit to be delivered outside the United States?
Currently, we only ship within the United States and US Territories.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express.
Do you charge sales tax?
We charge sales tax based on the shipping address for most states. Taxes will be calculated at checkout.
